- Civil Aviation NOC/ Permissible High Certificate from A.E. (Survey) Airport Authority.
- D.P. Remarks
- Demarcation of roads and other D.P. Reservations.
- NOC from Supt. of Gardens.
- SWD Remarks/ Nalla remarks.
- E.E.T. C's remarks/ Parking layout approval/ Streetlight remarks on D.P Roads & access roads.
- E.E. (Roads) Remarks and E.E. (Brims toward)
- No action pending (if required)/ Status of existing roads if any from Asst.Com. Ward Office.
- To obtain IOD.
- Approval for staircase, lift, and lift lobbies area exemption in FSI from Chief Engineer/ Director/ M.C.
- To obtain plinth C.C. and endorsement on C.C. for each amendment.
- To obtain further C.C. after checking of plinth by BMC officials.
- To obtain NOC from the Chief Fire Officer.
- To obtain concessions involved in the proposals if any from Ch. E (D.P.) / Dir (E.S. & P) / M.C.
- SWD / NaIla completion from SWD Department.
- Road completion from E.E. (Rds).
- Final Tree NOC from Supdt. Of Garden.
- Submission of Completion drawings to Municipal authorities.
- Obtaining OCC / BCC.
- Processing the application for handing over of setback land along with relevant completion certificate from roads/ SWD / EETC /Garden / Legal Clearance /ward office/ D.P. Department
