- Conduct a thorough review of all necessary documents and prepare a Feasibility Report in accordance with DCPR 2034 guidelines.
- Strategize and design economically viable plans, catering to the needs of society members and aligning with current market demands for flat sales.
- Engage and appoint technical and legal professionals/consultants tailored to the requirements of our project.
- Manage the selection and appointment of contractors and various agencies for construction work.
- Scrutinize and recommend necessary changes in plans provided by consultants to align with society members' interests, approved specifications, and submit the revised plans to BMC authorities.
- Implement rigorous supervision of the construction process to ensure compliance with amenities and specifications approved by society members.
- Secure pre-sanction approval for the loan amount from banks based on the feasibility report.
- Verify all drawings prepared by consultants against finalized specifications, society members' preferences, and BMC By-laws.
- Monitor and manage all BMC formalities, including 1OD, CC., further CC., part O.C., full O.C., etc.
- Exercise vigilant oversight to ensure that all executed work adheres strictly to legal and by-law requirements, preventing any violations.
- Coordinate with various agencies, including architects, chartered accountants, solicitors, contractors, piling contractors, geotechnical consultants, RCC consultants, electrical consultants, plumbing consultants, lift agencies, swimming pool specialists, landscaping consultants, and other related entities.
