- Preparing a Feasibility Report as per DCPR 2034 after verifying all the required documents.
- Obtaining pre-sanction of the loan amount from banks based on feasibility report.
- Verifying and recommending suitable changes in the plans prepared by the consultants in the interest of the society members and by approved specifications to submit the same to BMC authorities.
- Strict supervision of the buiIding constructed for the society members by the amen ities and specifications app roved by the society members.
- To keep a regular check on all formalities of BMC like 1OD, C.C., further C.C., part O.C, full O.C., etc.
- Planning economic and feasible designs to take care of society members' areas and sell flats as per prevailing market requirements.
- Appointing technical and legal professionals/ consultants best suited for our project.
- To check/verify all drawings prepared by the consultants by the specifications finalized by the society members and as per the By-laws of the BMC.
- Finally, to keep a strict vigil on work executed to ensure that no violations of any law/ bye-law are done.
- Appointing contractors and various agencies for construction work.
